I have lost some WOWPoints, why?

WOWPoints can be retracted in two scenarios: if you have returned or cancelled a purchase, or if you are missing from the company data file. If you have not returned or cancelled any products, or if you believe these cancellations or refunds were made in error, please contact our customer service team. To verify if you have made any cancellations or refunds, please check your 'WOWPoints statements' in your WOWPoints counter at the top right corner of the Home Page.
