I have a negative balance, why is that?

Having a negative balance is nothing to panic over. This occurs when you have spent WOWPoints, but other WOWPoints in your account were retracted due to a purchase being returned, or a cancellation being made. This results in an overall net loss of WOWPoints from your account. If you have a negative balance, simply continue shopping at Perks at Work to increase your WOWPoints, until you are back in the positive, at which point you can begin to redeem and cash out your WOWPoints once more.
