Please ensure that your Instant e-code is valid for use online by checking the Terms and Conditions on the offer page or the e-code itself.
If eligible for use online, redemption issues are usually due to an e-code being added in the incorrect location at checkout - it is extremely rare that there is an issue with the validity of the e-code itself.
Please check the redemption instructions on the e-code itself to see if the e-code should be redeemed as a 'Promo Code' or an eGiftcard. Typically, Instant e-codes are redeemed at the Payment method stage of checking out - this may mean that you will need to go through majority of checkout before adding your Instant e-code.
