How do I use my Cineworld e-code?

Your e-code is valid for a minimum of three months from the date of purchase. In order to retrieve your Cineworld e-code, please go to your Order History. 
 
Redeeming at the Cinema 
To redeem your e-codes directly at the cinema please display the e-codes issued to you at the box office. Please note redemptions via this method will not be subject to a booking fee. 
 
Redeeming online 
To redeem your e-codes on the Cineworld web site please follow the steps below. Please note you will be charged a 95p booking fee per e-code redemption by Cineworld.

1. Click in the "Redeem now" link next to your e-code and you will be redirected to the Cineworld website.
2. Select your cinema and pick your film and a date. Clicking the viewing time will take you through to the booking page.
3. Please make sure you DO NOT log into your Cineworld account but rather Continue as a guest
4. Select your ticket type you require. Enter the e-code in the promo code field, "Add voucher". A new line will be generated.
5. Repeat this process for each seat you would like to book. 1 e-code = 1 seat booking. The total price on the right hand side will show the booking fee only for each e-code you register. Once you have registered all of your e-codes click "Confirm Tickets".
6. On the next screen, enter your details and provide a debit/credit card. You will be charged a 95p booking fee per e-code redemption by Cineworld.
7. Complete booking.
