How do I use my Vue e-code?

Your e-code is valid for a minimum of three months from the date of purchase. In order to retrieve your Vue e-code, please go to your Order History. 
 
Redeeming at the Cinema 
To redeem your e-codes directly at the cinema please display the e-codes issued to you at the box office - this will be exchanged for a Standard 2D admission to a movie of your choice (subject to availability) 
 
Box office staff may have to enter the 16-character code manually at the till, so please allow time in advance of your chosen screening for your e-codes to be entered and redeemed 

Redeeming online 
You can also use your e-code to book tickets for a film online by following the steps below:

1. Select cinema, then select film and time
2. Choose your seats
3. Click "Enter code or CEA number" and enter e-code in the box. Click "ADD" to apply discount. Your tickets will appear as 'Vue Pass' tickets.
4. Repeat this to add all e-codes
5. Click "DONE" to return to the booking summary, and click "REVIEW AND PAY" to complete booking
