If your card is lost or stolen, please contact the Shopping Card provider (SVM) directly on nextjumpcs@svmcards.co.uk or 01709 303 109, quoting your order number, or through our Help Centre, located here.
Whilst the team will do their best to recover the funds for you, we are not liable to cover the loss. If the card is a reloadable card and they are able to devalue the funds, our shopping card provider will be able to transfer the balance onto a new card and reship this card. Please note that there may be a charge for this service.
Unfortunately pre-activated cards & vouchers cannot be cancelled, as the balance is already on the cards when posted and cannot be removed from the cards.
