Can I return or cancel a Shopping Card?

Shopping Cards, Paper Shopping Cards/Vouchers and Instant Shopping e-codes cannot be refunded because they are issued to you ready-to-use and cannot be exchanged - the balance cannot be converted back into cash.

Please take note of the expiration date for your purchase as this varies from retailer to retailer and we cannot offer a refund in the event of your purchase expiring.

By submitting your Shopping Cards, Paper Shopping Cards/Vouchers or Instant Shopping e-codes order to be processed, you are agreeing to waive your rights to a 14 day cooling-off period as per Consumer Contracts Regulations / Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) / Financial Services Regulations (FSR). You accept that you do not have the right to withdraw from the transaction once your order has been processed, at which point your transaction is final.
