My Shopping Card has not arrived

Shopping Card deliveries should take no more than 3 business days from when you confirm your order. However, retailers may occasionally take up to 5 business days when there is exceptional demand, such as at Christmas. If your order has not arrived after 5 business days, please notify us here and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that Next Jump are not liable for damaged, stolen or lost cards. We would recommend for high-value orders that insured/tracked delivery is selected.
