I allocated WOWPoints to redeem with a retailer, but I didn't complete the transaction. Where are my WOWPoints?

When you go to redeem WOWPoints, the value that you allocate to a merchant goes into a holding area. If the transaction doesn't go through (and therefore, the WOWPoints aren't redeemed) they will still be waiting in your account.

To see your current pending WOWPoint Redemptions in the Redeem WOWPoints section in My Account. Click on Redemption via Pay With s and you will see a list of WOWPoints that you have allocated but have not yet redeemed. This will be listed as RETAILER / £XX.XX.

If you press the delete button this will drop the WOWPoints back into your available balance.
