Halifax: If you look on the back of your Halifax Debit/Credit Card, you'll find the Halifax Customer Service phoneline. Please call them for further assistance.
Barclays: If you've forgotten your password, select the "Forgot your password, click here" link that appears on the transaction record. In the following page, type your login name, and then enter the registration information. You will then be able to select a new password.
Santander: If you've forgotten your password, select the "Forgot your password, click here" link that appears on the transaction record. In the following page, type your login name, and then enter the registration information. You will then be able to select a new password.
Natwest: If you've forgotten your password, select the "Forgotten your password, click here" link that appears on the receipt. In the following page, type your login name , then enter the personal information you supplied during your registration for the NatWest Secure service to prove that you are the genuine cardholder. You will then be able to select a new password.

RBS: If you've forgotten your password, you'll need to set up a new one by clicking here.
HSBC: You'll need to access HSBC Internet Banking and click "Update Registration Info" at Secure Online Payment section to reset your password.
