You have a few options to use or redeem your WOWpoints. You can:
1-Spend them on onecart purchases like instant e-codes, Travel, Rosetta Stone
2- Redeem them for cashback credit on any WOWPoints offer
3-Cash out to bank account (if you have earned 5-star status)
1-Instructions to spend them on onecart purchases like instant e-codes, Travel, Rosetta Stone:
You can redeem your points instantly and pay for purchases made directly on Perks at Work with WOWPoints. If you have enough WOWPoints to cover the whole purchase, you can pay nothing for your purchase. If you don't have enough to cover the full purchase, you apply your WOWpoints and then pay for the rest with your credit card. To do this, find the option during the payment step and apply the WOWpoints to the purchase.
2- Instructions to Redeem your points for a cashback credit:
In order to redeem WOWPoints for purchases, you first need to ensure that you have a linked Bank Account, which you can set up in the Payment Methods of My Account.
This is because you will need to make the purchase upfront using your own debit/credit card on the retailer's site, and then 10-15 days after the purchase has been confirmed by the retailer, your account will be credited with the cash equivalent of the WOWPoints you have redeemed.
To Pay With WOWPoints you just need to click the 'Use WOWPoints Towards This Purchase?' drop down on the retailer's offer page found above the Shop Now button and selected 'yes, use my WOWPoints'

- You need to allocate the number of WOWPoints that you wish to redeem against your purchase BEFORE you proceed to the specific retailer's website, where you can complete your purchase. Please note you can redeem a minimum of 1000 WOWPoints towards a purchase.
- Ensure that you make your transaction via the Shop Now button, or the purchase will not track in our system.
- You can view all of your Pay with WOWPoints transactions in the Redeem WOWPoints section of My Account.
3- Instructions to cash out to your bank account:
To transfer WOWPoints to your bank account please follow the following steps.
- First, ensure that a bank account is added to your Perks at Work account. This can be done by signing into your Perks at Work account, hovering over your profile icon in the top right and clicking on ‘Payment Methods’ and then selecting ‘Add a Bank Account’.
- Hover over your WOWPoints icon on your account and click the ‘WOWPoints Statement".
- Select the 'Spending WOWPoints', then click on "Withdraw to Bank".
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can then select the number of WOWPoints you wish to transfer to your account as cash.
- The transfer will arrive in your account within 10 working days of your request and appear as 'Next Jump Ltd' on your statement.
Please note:
1) Reward WOWPoints (i.e WOWPoints gifted by your employer) cannot be transferred out of your account as cash. These can only be used to Pay with Points on purchases made through your account.
2) You must have at least 1000 WOWPoints in order to transfer your WOWPoints to a bank account.
3) You must be a 5 star user.
