How long will it take for my WOWPoints to become available to use in my account after I make a purchase?

For most purchases, your WOWPoints will become available in your account after the merchant confirms your purchase. This can take up to 30 days. WOWPoints for travel purchases should appear as Pending 2-5 days after your booking has been placed, and will be available to use in your account up to 60 days AFTER you have completed your stay. You must complete your travel before your WOWPoints will be approved in your account. If it has been more than 60 days after the last day of your stay and your WOWPoints have not been confirmed and remain pending, then please send us your order information including your order confirmation so that we may investigate this further for you.
