To transfer WOWPoints to your bank account please follow the following steps.
- First, ensure that a bank account is added to your Perks at Work account. This can be done by signing into your Perks at Work account, hovering over your profile icon in the top right and clicking on ‘Payment Methods’ and then selecting ‘Add a Bank Account’.
- Hover over your WOWPoints icon on your account and click the ‘WOWPoints Statement".
- Select the 'Spending WOWPoints', then click on "Withdraw to Bank".
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can then select the number of WOWPoints you wish to transfer to your account as cash.
- The transfer will arrive in your account within 10 working days of your request and appear as 'Next Jump Ltd' on your statement.
Please note:
1) Reward WOWPoints (i.e WOWPoints gifted by your employer) cannot be transferred out of your account as cash. These can only be used to Pay with Points on purchases made through your account.
2) You must have at least 1000 WOWPoints in order to transfer your WOWPoints to a bank account.
3) You must be a 5* user.
