The WOWPoints I earned through Card Linked Perks haven't appeared in my account?

WOWPoints collected through Card Linked Perks offers may take up to 30 days after the date of your purchase to appear in your account. If you return an item and received a refund, the WOWPoints collected will be removed from your account.

To collect WOWPoints via Card Linked Perks, you must first have registered the payment card that you used to make the purchase, up to 24 hours prior to purchase.

You might not earn WOWPoints In Store if the same payment card is registered with another 'card-linked offer' programme. To avoid this, ensure that you delete or remove the card from any other 'card linked offer' programmes.

If you can't see your WOWPoints in your account 30 days after our purchase, please get in contact with us. You will need to provide a scanned copy of your store receipt.
