As long as your linked bank account is active, this rebate should appear on your Rewards Activity page as Pending within 2-7 business days after the purchase is completed online. If you do not see this on your Rewards Activity page, or if no rebate has been issued to your linked bank account within this time, please use the Contact Us form, and we will be happy to investigate for you.
